Take Your Whole Team Abroad!
Our Team Travel offerings are the antidote to your typical travel ball tournament. Our focus is on building team culture, personal development, and creating memories that will impact all members of the traveling party for decades to come. Experiencing a new country together fosters team camaraderie as no other tournament or road trip can. It’s not all about competitive games, winning your age group, and measuring your talents against global competition; your itinerary will expand well beyond game start times and shuttling between an ordinary hotel and a sprawling baseball complex.
You won’t just be representing your program, but also your country, creating a sense of shared pride and raising the standard of comportment and performance. Your players and coaches will learn new approaches to the game, overcome distinct challenges, and share unique experiences, resulting in better team chemistry and camaraderie. Upon returning home, you will have a tightly bonded unit that competes on a higher level and shares lifelong memories.
Note: Please understand that our tours use baseball not primarily as a form of competition, but rather as a vehicle for interpersonal exchange, cultural immersion, and team and personal development. As a result, the on-field environment may not be the same as you are accustomed to when competing at home. We strive to schedule equal competition for your team, but your opponents may differ slightly in age or significantly in ability from your team. We may play with modified rules, such as rolled innings after three runs, or not complete the intended number of innings if a game goes longer than expected.
Team up with us to offer an international tour for your baseball or softball team and their families. Available for:

Choose Your Destination
Japan
Since baseball arrived in Japan in 1872, the sport has been revered as a means of instilling Samurai-inspired values, such as teamwork, respect, sacrifice, harmony, and honor, in the nation’s youth. Japan’s preference for “small ball” and focus on fundamentals offer your team a throwback-style experience. Through shared moments on and off the field, your players will witness these pillars of Japanese baseball and society and learn to incorporate them into their own lives.
Dominican Republic
Players and coaches will learn highly effective and resourceful training methods while developing humility and gratitude as they play alongside ballplayers with scarce resources and high motivation. A trip to the D.R. will make a lifelong impact on a team and provide myriad opportunities to bridge social and economic gaps through a shared love of the game and philanthropic efforts.
Note: We offer the highest quality accommodations, the deepest baseball insider connections, and the most carefully curated experience of any Dominican baseball tour provider. Our tours aren’t the cheapest, but offer the best value because we skimp on nothing – our hotels, meals, staffing, and experiences are the best you can find!
